PoweredYouth Tawau - Zhang Zhen Qi
今年旋风社之所以能成功主办旋风之夜，全是因神的动工在当中。从我开始提出建议、拟定计划书、设立筹委会、规定日期、时间、地点、评判、表演嘉宾等，都夹着一言难尽的苦衷。比赛原本谨定于星期六晚上，但我知道该晚是PoweredYouth Service，于是祷告并想尽办法让老师和社员安排在星期五。随后，原本校方不允许我们破费超过RM300来租借音响的，说我们没本钱，会吃亏等的话。所以，我向神祷告，凭着信心告诉校方，我们当晚必能吸引许多观众，而且必赚不亏。当校方答应我的一刹那，我真的看见神的运行与他的帮助。
接着，就到了我寻找表演嘉宾的问题。我建议的PoweredYouth被采纳了。虽然当时有人问什么是PoweredYouth。于是，神有让PY跟旋风社有了联系，更成功地在当晚进入了不止是巴中的世界，还更深地踏入了中学生和美国观众的内心。神借着PY打入了校园，因为第二天我从同学的口中听到了许多对PY的赞赏、好评与认识，还觉得我们PY很有意思！
当然，这此的筹备让我吃了不少苦头，从内部不一、几方不愿意合作、宣传不足、意见不合……一箩箩的背负在身上扛着，也受尽委屈。但我深深感谢神的带领与慈爱，使我胜任一切困难、化解一切危机、融化误会，使所有细节能顺利进行、圆满结束。更感谢神的同在，使早些时候已覆没的《旋风之夜》能重新点燃火焰，更能把PY带入校园，影响无数外邦人！
PoweredYouth Tawau - Zhang Zhen Qi
当我获知美国每年都举办全球青少年领袖峰会，并得知今年Miss Fee将到本校进行面试，我突然有一股冲动要尝试申请奖学金参与这项峰会。或许是没心理准备，我觉得整个面试中我表现的不够自信， 因为起初父母不鼓励我参与而似乎放弃的我，而且是在老师突然召见； 立即去面试的情况下而去面试的。那时我没带齐我的履历表；比起其他优秀生，我可算是吃亏。但我向神祷告祈求他成全我的愿望。结果，是神推荐了我，使我被获选！
这是我有史以来第一次到美国，而且不太需掏腰包！可惜申请VISA的时候，由于缺乏申请经验，我陷入了种种困境。我搞匝了整个前往KL进行VISA面试的行程，时间掌握不是很好，最终还连累了家人。从中我了解到时间控制的重要性，因为它决定了事情的成败与所有关键时机。
在这次的峰会，我从我遇到的人身上学习到不少的功课，好比说在面对形形色色的人时如何包容和接纳。在这里，我想介绍一位非凡的室友。她是Kaitlyn Chana，年仅17岁的她已是一位模特儿，还是一个慈善机构的启动者和现任主席！她告诉我，“It only takes one person to move a mountain and then others will follow。”她立志要成为那位移动山的人，领导社会。她的委身实在让我钦佩无比！
在晚上初次见面的派对里，只见每个人都在劲爆的音乐里大显身手，展现各自独特的舞姿。马来西亚人一向尴尬，所以这一夜我们有了突破。我不管我跳的多好多烂，只要我和大家都在享受就行了！
除此，我这次的峰会也学习到更多有关于到心灵思想和处理不安的心理状态等知识、更受鼓励踏出自己的安乐窝，不停展现自己。峰会里的讲员们都带给了我影响。我学习到如何对付惧怕，更了解到“沟通是团结的钥匙”；还有凡事别只限于旧框而不懂变通，以及强调"Think outside the box" （从不同角度与层面来思考），使我受惠无穷！
参加这次的峰会不但让我受益良多，还让我有机会浏览Disneyland一日让我雀跃万分！还有采购、到海滩游玩、参观LA，Hollywood！
这是我一生中学习最多、突破最巨大、回忆最灿烂的地方！我再次感谢神，赐这么大的福给我，因神是垂听祷告的神！
PoweredYouth Tawau - Tynie
6年前，我是和其他弟兄姐妹一样都是很热诚地服侍神，都有参与小组和主日。但自从我升读中学后受到朋友影响就没有再去服侍了,那时候认为一定要有朋友才去教会。那几年里虽然生活还算过的去但我的学业却平平。后来有一次，我弟弟接到Ps.Eric的电话说Taska师资不足，他们知道我很喜欢小朋友所以就叫我去应征看看,最后我被录取了。感谢主能给我机会再次回到教会事奉神。
我感到内疚,当时虽然我没有继续信靠神但神原来都没有放弃我，同时还为我开了路。我深信神也不会因为我们不珍惜他而放弃我们，反而会祝福我们。阿门！
PoweredYouth Tawau - Daniel Kwan
在我还没信主之前，我不知道我自己的身份是谁，我根本不了解我自己。加上我是一个很害羞和不友善的人，长辈们都觉得我有点像自闭。除此，我也不懂得如何尊敬别人，当去别人的家里，我从不会向他们问安。
其实，在我六年级的时候就已经去教会。我非常感谢那位邀请我去的朋友，因为他而造就了我后来的蜕变。由于家里只有我一个人接受耶稣，所以每当我说要去教会的时候他们都似乎不太赞成，甚至到后来妈妈以担心我功课会退步为理由，不让我再去教会。虽然如此，但都没有拦阻到我要去教会的坚持。信主后的第二年，我就想要接受洗礼，但妈妈的反对，家里人的不赞成使我不得不放弃。我感到非常的伤心，幸好组长在那时候不断鼓励我，叫我要耐心等待。那次以后，我每一天都迫切的祷告，3年后我终于如愿以偿，家人看见我去教会后的改变，不反对我接受洗礼。我非常感谢神聆听了我的祷告。
成为基督徒后的我，生命改变了许多许多。我学习到了很多神的话语，例如十诫、要在对的时间对的地方做对的事情...我也领悟到我真正是谁，不会再害羞也跟其他人友善的相处，甚至也会主动地去认识新朋友。感谢神，我要将这一切的荣耀归给他，阿门！
PoweredYouth Tawau - Ker Shin
Firstly, thank God that I manage to enter into University Technology Malaysia (UTM) Skudai, Johor. It is one the best engineering university in Malaysia. Civil Engineering, UTM is my first choice. Yet, I did not plan properly to enter this university as I fill in the choices according to the average CGPA of the previous students who managed to enter into local university. I never prepared to enter into UTM as many students could not even get any of their eight choices before this. People’s first reaction when they know that I manage to enter UTM is, ‘Hah? Johor Bahru is a very dangerous city.’ However, I never felt fear since I know that I am entering UTM, because I knew God has His plan and He will send angels to protect me all the time.
Praise God, I did not have the difficulty to find a suitable church for me. A pastor from CHC Singapore has started a church named City Harvest Outreach JB (CHOJB) since 2 years ago. Their main target is among students in UTM. Now, the church has average 200 people. Although it is a small church, the people are really on fire. We will have our service every Saturday afternoon, 4pm to 6pm, in the small hall of a hotel. The cell group fellowship is inside UTM, so it is very convenient and safe for UTM students to join the cell group.
Furthermore, I have a good and nice roommate, she is from Perak. Coincidently, both of us are in the same class, we would not have to worry of getting up late for class everyday. We can also discuss our assignments in the room easily. You will seldom seen first year students to have a classmate as their roommate. As you know, UTM has a very big area of land, some of the colleges (hostels) are situated very far from the faculties, and students need to take buses to their faculties. Praise God, the distance between my college and faculties is very near, I can reach the faculties from my college in less than 5 minutes walk. Cafés and food stall in UTM are all selling Indian and Malay food, except there is only one Chinese food stall in whole UTM. God is really amazing; the Chinese food stall is just near my college and faculty. I can reach there by 5 to 7 minutes walk from my college or faculty. As you know, Indian and Malay food are all spicy, and I am not that kind of people who are good in having spicy food.
The first test has just ended. First test in university make me nervous, as form 6 test and exam is not easy for me. I really thank God that I manage to get good results in every subject of my first test. Guess what, I managed to get full mark for my Calculus and Surveying subjects. Praise God!
To get necessities is not a problem for us. There is a JUSCO in Taman University, which is just situated 2 to 3 kilometers from UTM. Every weekend, there are buses from UTM fetching students in and out Taman University free. Besides JUSCO, there are also banks in the Taman. Things you could not get in UTM can be easily found in the Taman.
Entering UTM is God’s plan. Since the first day I stepped into UTM, God has never forsaken me. He has prepared the way and arranged everything for me before I enter into UTM.
